Refunds

If the service is not provided, in accordance with the Terms of Service, the paid money will be refunded to the customer within 2 business days.

Small sums are easier to be paid to a cell phone number, but you can ask for a refund to a card. To do this you need to fill out an application (the application form will be sent to you by the carrier).

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with the order number and the reason you want a refund. Small amounts are easier to be transferred to a cell phone number, so please indicate the number you want to refund right away. Please double-check the phone number! If there are any ambiguities or disputes, they will be settled by negotiation, or in court at the defendant's place of residence.

Please refer to the following excerpt from the Terms of Service:

"... We guarantee the passing of the check in the systems "Antiplagiat", eTxt, Advego, and other systems listed on the pages of the Site (hereinafter - Systems). Guarantee applies only to software verification of the file and if the whole file is uploaded. That is, the finished (processed) file must be uploaded to the Plagiarism Checking System and wait for the report. If the System report shows the desired percentage of uniqueness, it is assumed that the Site has fulfilled its obligations. ..."

"... The buyer can refund up to 50% of the amount paid in exclusive cases, at the discretion of the Administration. For a rebate you must write a request to the email address of the technical support with an explanation of the reason. ..."

"... In all other cases not described in these Rules, by the decision of the Administration the paid money can be returned to the Buyer in full, with the deduction of 8% of the commission, in connection with the current costs and bank commissions for money transfers. ...".

"... Please note that the existence of hidden characters is the rule and is not a reason to request a refund of the amount paid. ..."
